My journey began in the U.S. Army, where I spent over 10 years of active military service learning the values of discipline, teamwork, and leadership—principles that continue to guide me in both my professional and personal life. The military instilled in me a strong sense of integrity and the importance of serving others, which I carry into every aspect of our work.
After my military service, I transitioned into the corporate world, holding several leadership roles while working with Fortune 100 companies and gaining valuable executive experience. This opportunity equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead Frontline Construction Group with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach. Also, as a licensed real estate agent, I understand the intricacies of the housing market, allowing me to provide our clients with informed and innovative solutions.
At the heart of my life are my four wonderful children—Ruben, Anthony, Dario, and Naomi—and my beautiful wife, Silvana. They inspire me every day to strive for greatness, both as a father and as a leader. Family is a cornerstone of my life, and it fuels my passion for creating safe, welcoming homes for families in our community.
My Christian faith is a guiding force, shaping my character and reinforcing my commitment to serving others. I dedicate a significant portion of my time to sharing this faith with those around me, believing that the Gospel can transform lives and communities.
