Helping Louisiana homeowners pursue stronger, more resilient roofs through the state’s FORTIFIED roofing initiative.

BATON ROUGE, LA — October 13, 2026

Frontline Construction Group, LLC, a veteran-owned and operated residential construction and roofing company, is proud to announce that it has been approved as a contractor for the Louisiana Fortify Homes Program (LFHP).

This approval represents an important milestone for Frontline Construction Group and expands the opportunities for the company to serve eligible Louisiana homeowners interested in strengthening their homes against hurricane-force winds through FORTIFIED roofing.

Administered by the Louisiana Department of Insurance, the Louisiana Fortify Homes Program provides grants of up to $10,000 toward eligible construction costs for qualifying homeowners upgrading their roofs to meet the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) FORTIFIED Roof standard.

As an approved LFHP contractor, Frontline Construction Group is positioned to work with homeowners selected to participate in the program and help them navigate the roofing construction process in accordance with applicable program requirements.

“Becoming an approved contractor for the Louisiana Fortify Homes Program is an important step for our company and for the homeowners we serve”,

said Tino Soto-Cuevas, President and Owner of Frontline Construction Group.

“Our mission is to help Louisiana families protect their homes through quality construction, professional roofing services, and resilient building practices. We are proud to offer our expertise to homeowners pursuing a stronger roof through this program.”
