Adrian brings more than 20 years of leadership, customer service, business operations, and community engagement experience. Her background includes earning a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and a Master's Degree in Education Administration, owning and operating a successful boutique business for 15 years, and building a career in real estate serving the Greater Baton Rouge community. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for professionalism, organization, exceptional communication, and a genuine passion for serving others.

In her new role, Adrian will support our day-to-day operations, helping ensure that every customer receives the responsive, organized, and professional experience that Frontline Construction Group is known for. Her dedication to excellence and commitment to people make her an outstanding addition to our team.
